Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- water - 2 tsp
- pecans - 2 c
How to make candy coated pecans:
Mix sugar and cinnamon; add to milk and water. Boil, stirring constantly, until soft ball forms in water. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour on wax paper. Break apart when cold. May be frozen for future use.Recipe categories: American, North american, Southern u.s..
