Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 2/3 c
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- ground pork - 1 lb
- canned tomatoes - 1/2 c
- ground ham
- Form into a loaf and place in baking pan
How to make ham loaf:
Blend and mix all ingredients. Form into a loaf and place in baking pan. Bake at 325° for 2 hours. After the first hour, baste with the following mixture.Basting Sauce:1 c. brown sugar2 tsp. dry mustard1/3 c. vinegar1/2 c. water Mix and boil a few minutes to thicken, then place over loaf.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, Ham.
