Light fettuccine alfredo



  • cornstarch - 2 tsp
  • skim milk
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • plus 2 tsp - 1 Tbsp
  • fat-free cream cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • fettuccine, cooked - 4 c
  • small chopped garlic - 2 item

How to make light fettuccine alfredo:

In a medium saucepan, whisk milk, garlic, cornstarch and cream cheese. Bring to boil, whisk constantly. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat. Stir in Parmesan and Molly McButter. Pour over noodles. Salt and pepper. Serves 4.
