Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
- cream-style cottage cheese - 1/2 c
- Add tomato paste, basil, oregano and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese; mix well
How to make lasagna pie:
Topping:1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add tomato paste, basil, oregano and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese; mix well. Layer cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and ground beef mixture in greased 10-inch pie plate. Pour topping over layers. Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese. Yield: 6 servings.Topping for Lasagna Pie:2/3 c. baking mix1 c. milk2 eggs1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper Combine baking mix, milk, eggs, salt and pepper in blender container or bowl.
