Caesar salad
Ingredients/Components
- cooking oil - 6 Tbsp
- red wine vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- head romaine lettuce - 1 item
- head iceberg lettuce - 1/2 item
- to 2 cloves garlic, crushed - 1 item
- can Parmesan cheese - 1/2 oz
- box croutons - 1/2 item
- can anchovies - 1 item
- shake of pepper - 1 item
- pinches dry mustard - 2 item
How to make caesar salad:
You will need a glass jar with lid.Dressing: In the glass jar, put oil, vinegar, dry mustard, crushed garlic, the oil from the anchovy can, 3 to 4 anchovies (mashed) and a shake of pepper. Shake vigorously.
Wash and dry lettuce. Break into small pieces. Add cheese and croutons to the lettuce. Pour dressing on top; mix together. Dressing can be made a day ahead.
