Ingredients/Components
- lime jello - 1 pkg
- boiling water - 3/4 c
- lemon juice about 2 lemons - 4 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- chopped cucumber not peeled - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- finely chopped celery - 1 c
How to make cucumber salad:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lemon juice and onion. Cool until almost set. Blend in the sour cream, mayonnaise, cucumber, celery and salt. Pour into mold; chill until set.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make, Salads.
