- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt
- allspice - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- ground beef
- cans tomato paste - 2 item
- cooked rice
How to make cabbage rolls:
Preheat oven to 375°. Prepare cabbage leaves by removing core and dipping cabbage in boiling water. Remove leaves and drain on towel. Roll 2 tablespoons of mixture in cabbage leaves. Place in large baking dish. Pour 1 large can of tomato sauce and 1 large can of water over rolls. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper and 3 tablespoons sugar.
