Cabbage patch soup
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 qt
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- chopped onions - 1 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- can kidney beans - 1 oz
- head chopped cabbage - 1/2 item
- tomatoes and juice - 1 qt
How to make cabbage patch soup:
Brown hamburger and drain. Add all other ingredients except cabbage. Simmer 15 minutes. Add cabbage; simmer until flavor is blended and cabbage is cooked. The longer it simmers the better it tastes.
