Ingredients/Components

  • whipping cream - 2 c
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • cloves garlic - 2 item
  • beef broth - 2 c
  • onions, minced - 4 item
  • mushrooms, coarsely chopped - 2 lb

How to make mushroom soup:

Saute onions and garlic in margarine in skillet until tender. Add mushrooms; cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Gradually add cream and broth. Continue to cook until thoroughly heated. Do not boil. Sprinkle with cheese.
