Ingredients/Components
- whipping cream - 2 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- beef broth - 2 c
- onions, minced - 4 item
- mushrooms, coarsely chopped - 2 lb
How to make mushroom soup:
Saute onions and garlic in margarine in skillet until tender. Add mushrooms; cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Gradually add cream and broth. Continue to cook until thoroughly heated. Do not boil. Sprinkle with cheese.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make, Soups & stews.
