- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
How to make butterscotch pie:
Mix egg yolks and milk. In another bowl, mix brown sugar, salt and flour until mixed good. Then add to liquid mixture and butter. Cook until thick, stirring all the time cooking and add vanilla. Pour in baked pie crust.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
