Ingredients/Components

  • graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • margarine - 1/3 c
  • can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz

How to make butterscotch cheesecake bars:

Preheat oven to 350° (325° for glass dish). In medium saucepan, melt morsels and margarine. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half of the mixture onto bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

In large bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in Eagle Brand milk, vanilla and egg. Pour into pan. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Chill before cutting into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
