- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- buttermilk
- almond extract - 1/4 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
How to make buttermilk pie:
Beat eggs slightly. Mix and stir in sugar and flour. Add butter, salt, vanilla, almond extract and buttermilk and blend well. Pour into two 8-inch unbaked pastry shells. Bake 1 hour at 325°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
