  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • buttermilk
  • almond extract - 1/4 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • butter, melted - 3/4 c

How to make buttermilk pie:

Beat eggs slightly. Mix and stir in sugar and flour. Add butter, salt, vanilla, almond extract and buttermilk and blend well. Pour into two 8-inch unbaked pastry shells. Bake 1 hour at 325°.
