- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- softened butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- 8 or 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make buttermilk pie:
Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix flour and salt; add eggs one at a time and beat until mixed well. Add buttermilk and vanilla and beat until well combined. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
