- butter or margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- cayenne pepper sauce - 2 4
- envelope Lipton recipe Secrets onion or savory herb with garlic soup mix - 1 item
- Green Giant fresh baking potatoes, sliced lengthwise into wedges - 2 lb
- Wish-Bone chunky Blue cheese dressing - 1 item
How to make buffalo potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. In 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, blend onion soup mix, butter and pepper sauce. Add potatoes and turn to coat. Bake, stirring occasionally 45 minutes or until potatoes are crisp. Serve with dressing. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Potato.
