Buffalo chip cookies
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- brown sugar - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- large eggs - 4 item
- white sugar - 2 c
- oats - 2 c
- softened oleo - 1 lb
- cornflakes - 2 c
How to make buffalo chip cookies:
Blend oleo and sugars; add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to sugars. Add oats, pecans, coconut, cornflakes and chips. Drop by spoonful on lightly greased cookie sheet and mash flat. They double in size. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. They burn easily. Makes about 14 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
