Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 12 oz
- cold milk - 3 c
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- graham cracker crusts - 2 item
- large box instant chocolate pudding - 1 item
How to make buckeye pie:
Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and Cool Whip. Divide and spread into 2 graham cracker crusts. Refrigerate or freeze to set. Beat pudding and milk 1 minute on low speed. Divide and pour on top of peanut butter mixture in each pie. Garnish with dollops of Cool Whip and chocolate sprinkles. Refrigerate.You can make just one pie at a time by halving everything and using a small box of instant pudding.
