Ingredients/Components
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 12 oz
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 12 oz
- 5 oz
- sliced green onions - 1/3 c
- medium red bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- oleo, melted - 1/4 c
- sausage or 1 lb - 1 lb
- flour - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/3 c
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 8 item
How to make brunch egg bake:
In a large bowl, combine cheese. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Saute mushrooms, onions and pepper in oleo. Brown meat. Layer vegetables and meat over cheese.
