Ingredients/Components
- Crisco* - 1/3 c
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- baking chocolate - 2 sq
- flour - 2/3 c
- chopped nuts pecans - 1/3 c
How to make brownies:
Blend Crisco, sugar, salt, vanilla and eggs. Beat until light. Stir in melted chocolate. Add flour and nuts. Bake in greased 8-inch square pan at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. When partly cooled, cut into squares.*Note: Cream cheese may be substituted for 1/2 the Crisco measurement.
