Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- baking chocolate - 4 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- shortening - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- soft butter
- nuts optional - 1 c
- mint extract - 1/2 tsp
- melted baking chocolate
How to make chocolate mint brownies:
Part 2:4 Tbsp. soft butter2 Tbsp. milk2 c. powdered sugar1/2 tsp. mint extract Part 3:2 oz. melted baking chocolate2 Tbsp. melted butter Part 1: Melt chocolate and shortening; stir in sugar, then eggs, 1 at a time, beating well. Add flour, salt, vanilla, and nuts. Blend well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Part 2: Mix together well. Spread on cool brownies. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes.
Part 3: Melt chocolate and butter. Spread on brownies. Refrigerate and keep covered.
