Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • milk - 3 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 1/4 c
  • cocoa - 8 Tbsp
  • all-purpose flour
  • pecans - 1/2 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1/2 item
  • Wesson oil - 1 c
  • vanilla flavor - 2 tsp
  • Stir in nuts

How to make brownies for a crowd:

Mix all ingredients, except nuts. Stir in nuts. Pour into an 11 x 14-inch pan sprayed with Pam or greased with Crisco. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Spread icing on brownies when cool.Icing:1/2 c. margarine3 Tbsp. milk2 Tbsp. cocoa1/2 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla flavor Bring the margarine, milk and cocoa to a boil. Remove from heat; add the powdered sugar and vanilla.
