  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • crabmeat - 1/2 lb
  • English muffins - 1 pkg
  • mayo - 2 Tbsp
  • stick butter/margarine - 1 item
  • jar Old English Cheddar cheese - 1 oz

How to make broiled crab meltaways:

Cut up 1 package of English muffins into eighths. Place on large cookie sheet.

Mix filling ingredients (except crabmeat) with a mixer until smooth. Fold in crabmeat. Spread on muffin pieces. Broil until bubbly and golden. Serve hot. Makes 48 pieces.
