- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- boiling water
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- slivered almonds, chopped - 1 item
- frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained - 1 (10
How to make broccoli soup:
Over medium heat, saute onions in margarine until tender. Add cream cheese and milk; stir over low heat until the cheese is melted. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water, add to cream cheese mixture. Stir in broccoli, lemon juice, salt and pepper; heat thoroughly.
