Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 2 c
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- boiling water
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
How to make broccoli soup:
Saute onion in butter. Add cream cheese and milk; stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water; add to cream cheese mixture. Stir in broccoli, lemon juice and seasonings. Heat thoroughly. Top each serving with a little grated Cheddar cheese.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Broccoli.
