Broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3 c
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- chicken bouillon cubes - 3 item
- fine noodles - 3 oz
- onion - 1/2 c
- white pepper to taste - 1 item
- American cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
How to make broccoli soup:
Cook broccoli according to package directions. Saute onions in butter. Add water and bouillon cubes. Bring to boil, add noodles and cook, uncovered, for 3 minutes. Stir in broccoli, including liquid, garlic powder and pepper. Cook 3 more minutes; add milk and cheese; stir until cheese melts.
