  • pkg - 2 oz
  • milk - 6 c
  • water - 6 c
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 3/4 c
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 6 item
  • fine noodles - 8 oz

How to make broccoli-cheese soup:

Saute onion in margarine. Add garlic powder. Add water and bouillon cubes; bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook until noodles are almost done. Add chopped broccoli and cook 5 minutes. Add milk and Velveeta cheese. Simmer until all the cheese is melted.
