Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- onions - 2 Tbsp
- potatoes, sliced thin - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Wash potatoes, slice thin. Place half of potatoes in baking dish. Sprinkle with half mixture of salt, pepper and onion. Then layer rest of potatoes, then sprinkle remaining salt, pepper and onion. Cut butter and lay on top. Add milk. Bake in 350° oven until potatoes are tender. Cover with cheese when potatoes are done.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
