Broccoli souffle
Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- to 3 eggs - 2 item
- mushrooms optional - 1/2 c
- block Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- bags frozen or fresh broccoli, chopped - 2 item
How to make broccoli souffle:
Steam broccoli. Thoroughly squeeze out all water. Mix together remaining ingredients and add to broccoli. Place in baking dish or pan and spread top with grated cheese (small amount).
