Broccoli souffle
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- frozen chopped broccoli, thawed - 2 pkg
- Cheez Whiz - 8 oz
How to make broccoli souffle:
Grease casserole. Squeeze water out of frozen, thawed broccoli. Saute onion in butter; add flour, water and Cheez Whiz until mixture is thick. Place broccoli in shallow baking dish. Pour over cheese mixture. Beat eggs and pour over broccoli and cheese mixture. Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Vegetables.
