Broccoli souffle
Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped broccoli, cooked and salted - 2 pkg
- stick oleo, diced - 1/2 item
- small onion, chopped or flaked - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded or 1 can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 pkg
- eggs, well beaten until frothy - 2 item
How to make broccoli souffle:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased large casserole. Top with crushed Ritz crackers or crushed onion rings. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350°. Put foil over top until almost done so crackers will not get too brown.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Vegetables.
