Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- oleo - 3 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- frozen broccoli - 1 pkg
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- large onion - 1 item
- grated Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
How to make broccoli rice casserole:
Heat oven to 350°. Saute onion in oleo. Add cream of chicken soup and milk. Add broccoli. Stir slowly until thawed. Add uncooked rice and grated cheese. Mix well and pour into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Bake 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Long Grain rice.
