Broccoli rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- cooked rice
- frozen chopped broccoli - 1 pkg
- cubed Velveeta cheese - 1 c
How to make broccoli rice casserole:
Cook broccoli. Saute onion and celery in margarine. Combine soup and cheese and add to onion and celery mixture. Mix well. Pour sauce, broccoli and rice into buttered casserole dish and mix thoroughly. Bake at 350° until bubbly and light brown.
