- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- margarine - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese sharp Cheddar - 12 oz
- hash browned potatoes - 32 oz
- bread crumbs or crushed corn flakes - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Put hash browns into greased or buttered casserole dish. Mix margarine, soup, sour cream, cheese and onion. Pour mixture over hash browns. Top with bread crumbs or crushed corn flakes. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
