Broccoli-rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- stick margarine or butter - 1/2 item
- small jar Cheez Whiz - 1/2 item
- can mushrooms optional - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom or celery soup - 1 item
- box chopped broccoli, thawed - 1 item
How to make broccoli-rice casserole:
Put broccoli, onion, celery, green peppers and rice in bowl and blend together. Put soup, Cheez Whiz and butter in casserole dish and heat until butter is melted. Add the rest of the mixture to casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Rice.
