- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- onion - 1 c
- cornbread mix - 1 pkg
- box frozen broccoli - 1 oz
- Mexican cornbread mix - 1 pkg
How to make broccoli cornbread:
Mix cheese and margarine at room temperature. Add milk and mix well. Add onion, broccoli and eggs, that have been beaten. Mix all of this very well. Next, blend in the bread mixes and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes. The bread should be done but not hard.
