Ingredients/Components

  • butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • curry powder - 1/2 tsp
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • bunch fresh broccoli, cut up - 1 item
  • bunch fresh cauliflower, cut up - 1 item
  • fresh carrots, peeled and chopped - 1/2 lb
  • shredded sharp process Cheddar - 1/2 c

How to make vegetable medley:

Steam vegetables until tender; drain. Arrange in 3-quart casserole which has been buttered. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
