Broccoli cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 6 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- water - 6 c
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- medium noodles - 8 oz
- medium onion - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 8 item
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
Cook broccoli in small amount of water. Bring to a boil. Drain liquid. Place chicken cubes in the water. Cook noodles in the chicken bouillon water. Saute onion in butter. In a saucepan heat milk, add cheese and melt. Add seasonings. Mix everything together and serve. Makes a large pot of soup. This is very good.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
