Broccoli-cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 4 6
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- water - 4 6
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 6 item
- bag egg noodles - 8 oz
- boxes frozen broccoli or 1 large bunch fresh - 2 oz
- a little celery optional - 1 item
How to make broccoli-cheese soup:
Heat and serve. Do not boil.Note: I like the broccoli to be bright green and crispy, so I add it nearer to the end of the recipe. I use fresh broccoli. The amount of water and milk depends on how thick or thin you like your soup.
