  • milk - 4 6
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • water - 4 6
  • Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 3/4 c
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 6 item
  • bag egg noodles - 8 oz
  • boxes frozen broccoli or 1 large bunch fresh - 2 oz
  • a little celery optional - 1 item

How to make broccoli-cheese soup:

Heat and serve. Do not boil.

Note: I like the broccoli to be bright green and crispy, so I add it nearer to the end of the recipe. I use fresh broccoli. The amount of water and milk depends on how thick or thin you like your soup.
