Ingredients/Components
- water - 6 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- diced carrots - 1 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- diced potatoes
- diced onions - 1 c
- cubed Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- crystals - 6 bouillon
- box frozen broccoli or 1 small bunch fresh broccoli - 1 item
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
Simmer bouillon in water until dissolved. Add onions and celery. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Add carrots and potatoes. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Add broccoli.
