  • diced celery - 1 c
  • diced carrots - 1 c
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • diced potatoes
  • diced onions - 1 c
  • cubed Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
  • crystals - 6 bouillon
  • box frozen broccoli or 1 small bunch fresh broccoli - 1 item

How to make broccoli cheese soup:

Simmer bouillon in water until dissolved. Add onions and celery. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Add carrots and potatoes. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Add broccoli. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Add soup and cheese. Simmer until well blended and cheese is melted.
