Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 Tbsp
- Dijon-style mustard - 1/2 tsp
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- cooked broccoli flowerets - 1 c
- hot baked potatoes, split - 4 item
How to make broccoli cheese potato topper:
In a 1 1/2-quart saucepan, stir in soup, sour cream and mustard and heat thoroughly. Stir occasionally. Stir in broccoli and heat. Spoon over potatoes. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
