Cheesy broccoli bake
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- cooked rice - 1 c
- buttered bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 3/4
How to make cheesy broccoli bake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook broccoli until barely tender. Drain well. Stir soup and sour cream together. Add remaining ingredients to soup and sour cream mixture. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
