Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 pkg
- Bisquick baking mix - 1 c
- fresh or frozen broccoli - 1 lb
- can broccoli cheese soup - 1 item
How to make broccoli cheese casserole:
Cook broccoli until almost tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Drain and place in casserole. Pour soup over broccoli and mix gently. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Mix Bisquick and margarine until crumbly and place over cheese. Bake about 20 minutes at 400° or until light brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
