Broccoli-cauliflower casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- can French fried onions - 1 oz
- jar cheese spread - 1/2 oz
How to make broccoli-cauliflower casserole:
Cook broccoli and cauliflower together in boiling water just until tender; drain. Stir chicken soup, cheese spread and half of the onion into the drained vegetables. Turn vegetables mixture into a 1-quart casserole. Bake in a 350° oven about 20 minutes. Sprinkle remaining onions on top. Bake 5 minutes more.
