- pkg - 2 oz
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- stack Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli and drain. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and Velveeta cheese, then stir mixture into drained broccoli. Crush crackers and melt other 1/2 stick of butter into them. Line casserole dish with 1/5 of the Ritz mixture. Pour in the "broccoli soup." Top with the remaining Ritz mixture.
