Ingredients/Components
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
- small box Velveeta cheese - 1 item
- bag frozen chopped broccoli - 1 item
- Minute rice, cooked as directed
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli and onion until tender; drain. Add margarine, soup, bouillon cube and cheese. Mix until melted. Stir in cooked rice. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
