Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1/2 pkg
- mayo - 1/2 c
- head broccoli, broken - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook and drain broccoli. Combine soup, mayo, eggs and onion. Add to broccoli. Pour into casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Melt 1/2 stick of margarine into pan; add 1/2 package of Pepperidge Farm herb dressing crumb mix. Sprinkle on top.
