Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
- can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 item
- eggs, beaten well - 2 item
- Velveeta cheese, diced - 1 c
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli in salted water 5 minutes. Drain well. Combine soup, eggs, mayonnaise and diced cheese; mix well. Add drained broccoli and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle on cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350° oven.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
