Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- to 6 butter pats - 4 item
- Cheese Nips crackers, crushed - 1 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Bring broccoli to boil for 5 minutes and drain. Mix soup, eggs, mayo, cheese and onion together. Place broccoli in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Cover with soup mixture. Top with crushed crackers and butter pats. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
