Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1 c
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- frozen broccoli, cooked - 2 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Place broccoli in baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine rice, soups, cheese, celery, onion, water chestnuts, egg and margarine. Pour over broccoli and add 1/4 cup crumbled Ritz crackers on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350° or until bubbly hot.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
