Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- onion, grated - 2 Tbsp
- sharp cheese - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli for 5 minutes. Drain. Steam in colander 10 minutes. Combine soup, mayonnaise, onion, cheese and eggs. Add broccoli. Put in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. Better if made a day ahead but baked just before serving.Do not add crumbs until ready to bake.
