Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- broccoli - 2 pkg
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- sharp cheese, grated - 1 c
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1/2 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli. Mix soup, eggs, onion, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Add to drained broccoli. Pour in baking dish. Put grated cheese on top. Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Cover top of mixture with stuffing. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
